Japanese Shikhi (japaneseshikhi.com) is an online Japanese language learning platform for Bangladeshi learners. These terms apply to your use of the platform.

2. Account and Registration

• You must register with accurate information
• Keeping your password secure is your responsibility
• One person may use one account
• Users under 13 require parental consent

3. Subscription and Payment

• N5 and N4 content is completely free
• Premium/Pro subscription required for higher levels
• Payments are securely processed via SSLCommerz
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew
• Refund policy: requests must be made within 7 days of payment, provided content was not accessed

4. Acceptable Use

The following activities are prohibited:

• Sharing or selling accounts
• Copying or redistributing platform content
• Using automated scraping or bots
• Harmful behavior toward other users
• Using the AI tutor to create inappropriate or illegal content

5. Intellectual Property

All Japanese Shikhi content (lessons, images, code) is protected by our intellectual property rights. Personal educational use is permitted.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to change or update service content at any time. Users will be notified in advance of service termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Japanese Shikhi does not guarantee success on the JLPT exam. The platform is an educational aid — final exam results depend on the student's own effort.
