Delete your account

Website: sign in → Profile → "Delete account" at the bottom. If your last sign-in was more than 10 minutes ago, you are asked to sign in again.
iOS and Android apps: Profile → Delete account.
If you cannot sign in: email us from the account's email address with the subject "Delete my account" at support@japaneseshikhi.com

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. An account can only delete itself.

Your account, sign-in and all sessions (email, Google/Facebook/Apple links)
Profile: name, username, phone, date of birth, gender, location, photo and onboarding answers
Learning data: progress, streaks, quiz and mock exam results, reviews, saved words, bookmarks, achievements
Certificates and their download history, AI chats and usage counts
Push notification tokens, trusted devices and referral links

Payment records (amount, plan, date, method, transaction ID), for accounting, tax and disputes. The link to your account and your name, email and phone number are removed.
Security logs, without the account link or your email: event type, time, hashed IP address and browser type.
Email sending records and free-resource visit statistics, without your address or account link.
A bKash/Nagad payment still waiting for verification is closed, so no plan starts. If you sent money, tell us before deleting.

Every plan is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically, so there is no charge to cancel before deleting your account.
Deleting ends paid access immediately and does not refund anything by itself. Refunds follow our terms (within 7 days of payment, paid content unused) and must be asked for before deleting.

Copies can remain for a limited time in our hosting and email providers' backups and logs until those expire on the providers' schedule. We never restore a deleted account from them.
If you signed in with Google, Facebook or Apple, you can also remove Japanese Shikhi's access in that account's settings.

পেমেন্টের রেকর্ড (পরিমাণ, প্ল্যান, তারিখ, মাধ্যম, ট্রানজ্যাকশন আইডি) — হিসাব, কর ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তির জন্য। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সঙ্গে সংযোগ, নাম, ইমেইল ও ফোন নম্বর মুছে ফেলা হয়।
নিরাপত্তা লগ — অ্যাকাউন্ট সংযোগ ও ইমেইল ছাড়া: ঘটনার ধরন, সময়, হ্যাশ করা IP ও ব্রাউজারের ধরন।
ইমেইল পাঠানোর হিসাব ও ফ্রি রিসোর্স দেখার পরিসংখ্যান — আপনার ঠিকানা ও অ্যাকাউন্ট সংযোগ ছাড়া।
যাচাইয়ের অপেক্ষায় থাকা bKash/Nagad পেমেন্ট বন্ধ করা হয়, তাই কোনো প্ল্যান চালু হয় না। টাকা পাঠিয়ে থাকলে মোছার আগে আমাদের জানান।

সব প্ল্যান এককালীন পেমেন্ট — কোনো স্বয়ংক্রিয় নবায়ন নেই, তাই অ্যাকাউন্ট মোছার আগে বাতিল করার মতো কোনো চার্জ নেই।
মুছে ফেললে পেইড অ্যাক্সেস সঙ্গে সঙ্গে শেষ হয় এবং টাকা নিজে থেকে ফেরত আসে না। রিফান্ড আমাদের শর্ত অনুযায়ী (পেমেন্টের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে, পেইড কন্টেন্ট ব্যবহার না করলে) মোছার আগে চাইতে হবে।

আমাদের হোস্টিং ও ইমেইল সেবাদাতাদের ব্যাকআপ ও লগে কিছু সময় কপি থেকে যেতে পারে, তাদের নির্ধারিত সময় শেষে মুছে যায়। মুছে ফেলা অ্যাকাউন্ট আমরা সেখান থেকে ফেরত আনি না।
Google, Facebook বা Apple দিয়ে সাইন ইন করে থাকলে সেই অ্যাকাউন্টের সেটিংস থেকে Japanese Shikhi-র অনুমতিও সরিয়ে দিতে পারেন।
